Instructions on completion:
 Ensure you complete all the answer spaces with the information as required in the question(s);
 Please use Arial 11 in your answers. Make sure you fit the word limit;
 Make your answers as full as possible avoiding lists/bullet points;
 Use appropriate terminology and avoid layman’s language;
 Express your statements in 3rd person past passive voice when referring to the procedure you have completed. (e.g., “We centrifuged the tubes” should be “The tubes were centrifuged”);
 In the interpretation sections for each test/experiment do not just state your result. Explain what the result means and what its significance is;
 When giving normal ranges make sure you use the correct units as stated in a credible reference (preferab). Convert your values to the same units as the reference when comparing your results;
 Your appended images should be fully labelled including a figure title and legend so that the reader can understand what experiment was performed and what is shown. Make sure you label all your samples and controls.
