The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in early 2020 had drastic effects on the business world due to the wide spread lockdowns that were being placed by governments across the globe. The lockdowns led to massive losses being felt by companies and business ventures across the world which forced decision makers to transform business models in order to sustain the effects of the pandemic. The transformation was in response to the shock that the business world was subjected to and the need to secure the long-term success and survival chances in the event such a pandemic happens in the future. This paper will use qualitative methods for data collection with preference on the narrative data that will be given by the participants who will take part in the semi-structured interviews. Narrative analysis will be used to get the accurate picture of the types of transformations that were made by businesses across the globe and their significance to the respective business ventures.
