Reference above subject, as you are aware, the first information about this unplanned event filtered out in early May, with no clarity on who will organize this event. In the third week of May, it was confirmed that Q22 will be leading the delivery of the event with the support of Supreme Committee and FIFA. Consequently, Q22 issued the resource plan and asked GWC to go ahead and prepare as per the plan.
Despite the challenges, the unfortunate surge of Covid-19 cases in the Indian Sub-continent, where most of GWC crews come from, and, the very short notice period to mobilise for the qualifiers event, GWC managed to bring in all the required personnel as per Q22 resource plan, One Hundred Twenty-One persons (crew, drivers, supervisors, managers).
Now after GWC has done its part by mobilising the vehicles and the personnel as per the Q22 resource plan, it seems that due to last minute budget restrictions, there will be reductions in the resources, which up to this date are not yet clear.
Significant costs have been incurred by GWC to mobilise at such short notice the required personnel, and since it seems that all these personnel will not be required in the event, GWC will seek to be compensated accordingly through the services agreement.
We look forward to get your point of view and your understanding and support as well as the support of Q22 management into this matter.
As you would appreciate, we have always gone beyond our call of duty to deliver nothing but exceptional service. We have always worked as an integrated partner to q22 and fifa and always worked in the best interest of all stakeholders. As you would recall, during our service agreement discussions, we have always been assured that we fifa will always look after the interest of its service providers. Sad to say, in this instance it is on the contrary.

Develop a comparison of the three entrepreneurs, noting similarities in their stories as well as their entrepreneurial traits (the traits being noted from the class text).
Develop any contrasts that you can find between the three entrepreneurs, from their histories to their entrepreneurial traits.

A couple of pointers:
Prepare for the interview videos by reviewing the entrepreneurial characteristics in the class textbook: by doing so you will note them as they arise in the interview.Take notes of the characteristics as you see them in each interview: that way you will have a basis for comparison when you‘ve completed all three interviews.
You are welcome to use the words of the interviewees, but you MUST quote and cite them as well as the class textbook (per APA standards (Links to an external site.))
