In Week 2, you composed the learning scenario that you will use as the context for your assignments throughout the rest of the course. This week, you will compose a short report that identifies the learning objectives for your scenario, relates their appropriateness for e-learning, and considers instructional strategies that support the objective. As always, you will consider implications related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In your report, be sure to:
Adjust your e-learning scenario based on your professor’s feedback from last week.
Compose 2 to 3 learning objectives for your e-learning scenario.
Identify which model you used to compose your learning objectives (see Table 3).
Justify how your learning objectives are appropriate for the e-learning environment.
For each objective, suggest at least one of Marzano’s categories of instructional strategies that aligns with your objectives.
For each category you suggested, identify at least one specific instructional strategy for each objective.
Justify how your instructional strategies support the objectives for your e-learning scenario.
Identify any concerns related to diversity, equity, and inclusion related to the instructional strategies you identified.

Motor Learning and Motor Development (MLMD) Final Project (100 points) –
Students will write an academic paper, which covers the most important concepts in
MLMD. The paper should include all of the required contents, which are:
Introduce the task (e.g., a martial arts movement, cup stacking sequence, dance
sequence, rock climbing, wrestling move, a tennis serve, etc); Develop critical
clements/cues for how to perform it correctly;
Illustrate and/ or describe the typical stages of learning that skill/task;
Communicate the type, amount, and frequency of feedback that should be given at
EACH STAGE OF LEARNING to help the learning of your skill/task;
Show how the practice experience should be structured (e.g., whole vs part,
constant vs variable practice, massed or distributed) to enhance the learning of
your task at EACH STAGE of LEARNING.
How You Will Be Graded: A quantitative rating scale will be used to evaluate the extent
to which a particular task was completed. These ratings will be performed using the

You might want to pay special attention to how your ideas around ethics have evolved over time and (perhaps) been impacted by this course. This should include engagement with at least one of the currently debated ethical issues (racial injustice; immigration; climate change; animal welfare) and reflections on the role of ethics in (your) daily life and professional practice. 60% of final grade.

Write a 1750-2000 word essay addressing each of the following points/questions. Be sure to completely answer the questions for each point. There should be separate sections, one for each bullet below. Separate each section in your paper with a clear heading that allows your professor to know which items you are addressing in that section of your paper. Support your ideas with at least three (3) citations in your essay. Make sure to reference the citations using the APA writing style for the essay. Which teaching strategies would you use to teach preschoolers the concept of sharing? Write a lesson plan to teach sharing to this age group. Be sure to include activities that are developmentally appropriate and that utilize at least two pieces of children’s literature.
