Present an essay developing a leadership essay (topic) of your choice from Zhuge

Present an essay developing a leadership essay (topic) of your choice from Zhuge Liang’s “The Way of the General.” This is your opportunity to translate this ancient wisdom into our present society, and even further, into your everyday life. Please incorporate examples from everyday life into the text. The essay should be Clarity, Argumentation, Depth, Originality, and Genuineness.
By clarity we mean a writing style that aims for comprehension rather than ornamentation; that makes understandable difficult concepts, and does not turn difficult what is simple. By argumentation we imply the logical reasoning exposed and its needed persuasive qualities. By depth we mean the capacity to identify core aspects and explore them to the last of their consequences, rather than merely surfing over clichés. The aim of originality is not directed to provoke extravagant ticks – which could be justified if needed in terms of depth and content, – but to prevent from falling into reasoning that is easily accessible through a superficial approach. Genuineness here is revealed in form of personal commitment to the view of the assignment; that the individual experience is not silenced nor hidden, but skillfully woven in the overall creation. Genuine commitment makes the effort worthy and the result impactful.
In the following short article (uploaded file), please choose only 1 topic to develop the main idea.

It is possible to have both mirror and window relations to this book. You will create a virtual poster board (must be at least 11×17 but can be full sized poster board if you choose) that demonstrates your mirror and/or window connections. You can fill the board with pictures, drawings, quotes, or other ideas, but it must demonstrate intentionality and thought (don’t rush it). You will not be artistic ability, but make sure what you choose to put on the poster looks well-throughout. You will also write a 1-2 page explanation of what you included on your poster board and how each item/image connects to the concept of mirror or window or both.
